- Payment options check or cash balance is collected on the day of delivery, please remit checks to Active Tent Rental.
- Active Tent Rental is NOT responsible for damage to underground lines.
- No deposit required to reserve your delivery date for your tent, table or chair rental.
- We do not set up or take down equipment unless otherwise noted. (Excludes tents, all tent pricing includes set up and take down)
- Delivery will be calculated after you submit your order.
- Please note tent, tables, and chairs must be ready for pick-up by 10:00 AM the following day.
- If ordering a tent, the customer is responsible for measuring the tent area and ensuring a proper fit. The customer will be responsible for the cost of the entire tent in the event that the tent does not fit the desired location.
- All rental items need to be stacked and left the exact same way we leave them upon delivery.
- Once you have placed your order, your rental items are secure for your event date. We will contact you within 24 hours to add our delivery charge to the quote you have built.
- We do not guarantee set up days and times until the week of your event. We will call, text or email you a day and delivery window the week of your event.
